Best Friends Animal Hospital Coronavirus (aka Covid 19) Response Plan – Updated 10/29/2020

Between the pandemic and the natural disasters, 2020 has been a challenging year.  We hope that everyone is staying safe, healthy and not suffering from the effects that Covid 19 or these disasters have had on our health and/or economy!  Following CDC guidelines, we have opened our hospital and are allowing one person to come inside with their pet(s) if they desire for the appointment.  We ask that everyone still call as soon as you arrive whether you wish to remain curbside or not.  An assistant will come get you when an exam room is available and help you throughout your appointment.  We will still be offering curbside services if you would prefer.  Because the CDC, AVMA and GVMA are still recommending continuing to practice social distancing, we are trying to eliminate people waiting in the lobby.  We will be continuing to follow these guidelines for the foreseeable future.  As soon as the CDC and/or GVMA update their recommendations, we will adjust our policies to follow their guidelines.  We pray for continued health for everyone!  Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns.
